How Le Penguin got its name.
One day Antoine was speaking with his daughter Zoe and he asked her, "If I were an animal, what kind do you think I would be?" She replied, "Well, you are funny, free spirited like a bird, but you can't fly, so you would have to be a penguin." Antoine decided, then and there, the name of his next restaurant would be Le Penguin. Coincidentally, many years ago that was also the reference used to describe waiters in Paris.
